Questions
Why is shipping not its own directory?
Because it is a service within logistics, not a sibling of it. Two directories would each hold half of the same shipment and neither would be complete.
Do you handle the customs paperwork?
No. A licensed customs broker does, and the platform stores and transmits the documents you and your counterparty attach. It does not issue or certify any of them.
Who is liable if the goods are damaged?
The carrier or forwarder, under the contract you sign with them and the conventions that govern it. Sooqban is not a party to the carriage.
