Quotes you can put side by side.

You post what you need. Verified suppliers answer in a structured form, price, quantity basis, minimum order, lead time, Incoterm, validity, so comparing them is reading a table rather than five emails.

A quote as free text cannot be compared, and comparability is the entire point. So the form is fixed: unit price and currency, the quantity it is based on, the minimum order, the lead time, the Incoterm and its named place, and the date the quote stops being valid. A supplier who will not state those has not quoted.

Your identity stays hidden until you open a conversation. A supplier sees the requirement and that it comes from a verified buyer, not your name, not your company, so posting a real requirement does not put your negotiating position on a board.

Where currencies differ, the comparison may normalise them for display, against a stated rate with its source and time, and the supplier’s own figures stay on the row beside it. A converted number presented as what the supplier said is a misquote, and the one thing this table may never do.

How it works

  1. Post the requirementCategory, specification, quantity and unit, destination, required date, target Incoterm, and a budget if you want to state one.
  2. Suppliers quote in the formStructured, not prose. Anything that cannot be compared is not information.
  3. Compare on one sheetSide by side, with every figure attributed to the supplier who gave it.
  4. Open a thread with the ones you wantThat is the moment your identity is shared, and it is your decision, not a default.

Who this is for

  • A buyer who knows what they need and wants several real prices for it.
  • A procurement team that has to justify a choice and needs the comparison on paper.
  • Anyone tired of quotes that answer different questions from the one that was asked.

Questions

Do suppliers see who I am?

Not until you open a conversation. They see the requirement and that a verified buyer posted it.

Can any supplier answer?

A verified supplier in the category. Nothing on this platform acts before verification, and answering is acting.

What if the quotes are in different currencies?

The comparison can normalise them for display, showing the rate and where it came from, and the supplier’s own numbers stay visible beside it.
