A company exists once on Sooqban, so the second person joins it rather than creating a duplicate.

Ask a colleague who is already a member to invite you. The invitation decides your role, which is why it comes from them rather than from a form you fill in yourself.

If nobody at the company can be reached, they have left, or the account is unclaimed, write to support and a person will work through it with you.

If this did not answer it: support inside your account is under development, and until it opens, this says what does reach a person.
