My account is held. What happens now?

An account is held when it was registered from outside the seven countries where registration is open. It is not a refusal and not a mark against you.

You can ask for a person to review it from the page you land on. The first response comes within one business day, and you are told the outcome either way, with a reason if it is refused.

If it is approved, registration continues exactly where it stopped. Nothing you entered is lost.
