Ask for a reset link on the sign-in page. It is valid for 60 minutes and can be used once.

Resetting also clears any wait from too many attempts, so it is the faster route if you are locked out.

The page says the same thing whether or not the address has an account. That is on purpose: a different answer would tell anyone who asked which addresses are registered here.

If this did not answer it: support inside your account is under development, and until it opens, this says what does reach a person.
